Time To Announce That Secret Project

Remember me mentioning a secret project? A few times? But refusing to admit to what it might actually be? It’s time. God I’ve been dying to tell you guys about this for absolutely months but I couldn’t and I’m so frickin’ happy I finally can!

So allow me to gleefully introduce a new group book blog by the name of Tea in the Treetops!!

TitTbannerAwesome, right?! This is a collaberation between myself, Philippa of Tea, Daydreams, & Fairytales, Angelya of The Oaken Bookcase, Leila of The Fandomonium (ex. The Fiction Pixie), as well as two more lovely ladies, Natasha and Jemima. Our origins are in World of Warcraft blogging, and as we find ourselves increasingly busy with everything life throws at us, this project came to be. Our focus will be on whatever we fancy reading, though mostly we like fantasy and YA stuff but we branch out to all age ranges and genres, and with the keyword being “whimsy”.

Of course, I’m very much not ready to leave Once Upon a Time behind me just yet so don’t go any where, but do pop over to Tea in the Treetops and follow us! It’s going to be a lot of fun and for our grand opening there’s a pretty epic giveaway.

See you there! :D

  1. Nice, congrats on the new project! (Amusingly, my first real blog – not counting the obligatory LiveJournal back in college – was a WoW blog too.)

  5. Sounds like it will be fun and a good thing. Easier to have continuous blog material when there is more than one author, relieve some of the stress. Sometimes I wish I had another author to contribute to my blog to give it variety and more frequent posts.

So what does this mean for the books you’ve taken on to review here? Will you just eventually switch your reviews to there? Maybe you could post your reviews in both places, that way you could still keep OUaT and be actively writing over there too. Just a thought. I am excited for you regardless!

I’ll head over and check it out.

    • I had a contributing author last year but he became too busy sadly and I wasn’t able to replace him. The trouble is, when somebody wants to start blogging, they want their own space. :)

It doesn’t mean anything. The only thing that will affect my reviews is me and my life. I plan to cross-post my reviews. No thoughts yet on switching over completely. We shall see where time takes us. ^^
